hey guys.... the new play at the stage is released. And another good news, the penguin band is going to play with us on the first ever club penguin music festival. isn't that going to be cool.!!

feature launch udpdate

good news guys. the new features are ready to be launched and they will be launched at thursday next week. so cool. i cant wait. can you?? oh yeah here is what billybob said about it:

I wanted to be the first to let you know! The new features are expected to launch sometime on Thursday! As soon as they launch, we'll need your help to try it out and of course let us know what you think.


The team is still working on a few last minute bugs and if all goes as planned you'll be able to check out the new features before the end of the week.

club penguin new features ready to launch

the new club penguin features that billybob and the club penguin crew had been working on is ready to be launched, it will be released later this week. im really excited. well, here's what billybob said about it:

Hello Penguins!


The team is ready to launch the new features we've been talking about. They are in the last stages of testing and plan to launch later this week! You'll be the first to know as soon as I hear the exact day!


When the features launch your help will be needed to login to Club Penguin, try everything out and, of course, to tell us what you think. If you find anything that's not working, be sure to let us know.



Here's a summary of the features we've been talking about and what will be launched:


New server selection (recommended servers and buddies easier to find)
Igloo background!
Penguin Mail (sending and receiving postcards improved)
Player Card update (sorting items by category)


Thanks for all your great feedback so far--it's been a huge help as we've been working on these features! Keep it coming!

penguin mail maybe next week

here is another preview on what the penguin mail is going to look like. they are not sure if they are going to release the penguin mail next week. but there's a possibility,,,. who knows????? here is what billybob said about it:

Hello Penguins!


Penguin Mail is ALMOST ready to launch, but before it does, we wanted to get your feedback on it. Below is a image of what it will look like. After our first post about Penguin Mail a few weeks ago we got a bunch of creative comments about designs and ways to make postcards even cooler than they are now. Many of you like the logo we posted on that blog, but asked to see more of the actual design.


Here's one view of the new Penguin Mail:



You'll definitely get the full picture when the feature launches this month--even as early as next week.This 'mailbox' will allow you to send mail to your buddies even when they're not online, save postcards, ignore postcards and delete them too. The coolest part to me is that whenever I'm in Club Penguin and receive a postcard, Penguin Mail will let me know! That way I won't miss any cool cards from other penguins!


No matter where you are in Club Penguin, you'll always be able to check your mail by clicking on the grey envelope at the top left of your screen.


As always, let us know what you think and definitely what you would like to see added in the future!

to find the viking helmet go to the 2nd page and click he belt of the supernova suit



to find the diver's helmet go to the page where the diver's suit is, then click on the diver's oxygen meter.



to find the woodman's hat. go to the page with the tabards, then click the green tabard.




to find the crystal staff go to the page with the emerald hat, then click the hat streamer.



to find the cheesy necktie, go to the page with the casual suit and click the boots

I know it's been a little while since I've shared updates about the Club Penguin Improvement Project, but that doesn't mean the work has slowed down.


Since my last post, the team has been working hard on squashing bugs and making changes based on all of your comments--I'll fill you in on those details next week. In the process they decided to make an entirely NEW feature that we hadn't planned on! I'm really excited to be sharing it with you because it's something many of you have suggested in the past. And we all thought it made a lot of sense.
